Over 70% of the rooms are south facing. There are many trees and extensive greenery around the building. All rooms are well maintained.
The building is approved by the Tokyo Metropolitan government as an earthquake safe building.

01 Building
The three-story building is made of reinforced
concrete designed within earthquake safe construction guidelines, and is both
earthquake and sound proof.

02 Site and Greenery
The Tama Esty apartment complex is filled with
greenery. We have flowers and
plants around the entrance to encourage a warm environment.

03 Entrance and lobby
The management office is just inside the lobby.

04 Mail box
Your mailbox is locked with a combination dial. Large envelopes and packages are kept in the
office and a notice is put in the mail box.

05 Security gate
There is a security door just inside the lobby and
a four digit code is necessary to enter.

06 Hot water
Hot water is available 24 hours a day.

07 Laundry room
There is a laundry room on the second floor with 8
washing machines and 8 dryers. Washing
machines require 200 yen and dryers require 100 yen to run.

08 Drop-off room for garbage and recycling
There is a waste drop-off room on the first floor.
You can drop off your garbage at any time. Please separate cans, bottles, newspapers
and magazines, etc. for recycling. There is a 504 yen/month fee for garbage
collection.

09 Parking
There are a limited number of parking spaces available
to residents with a monthly contract and two guest parking spaces. If you need to park your car to move in,
please ask at the management office.
